Cardinal Valley Small Area Plan

The Cardinal Valley and Oxford Circle Neighborhood is the most diverse part of Lexington.  

Five catalytic focus areas were developed by LAS:

• An “international village” shopping district along Alexandria Drive
• A new Community Center/Library
• Neighborhood housing improvements
• Transformation of Versailles Road for ped/bike/transit
• A connected open space network linking neighborhood parks and community facilities
