Student Housing Master Plan

Cochran, Georgia

Lord, Aeck & Sargent recently completed a multi-building, phased student housing project that created an additional 712 beds to support Middle Georgia College's (MCG) growing on-campus student population. Having updated the campus master plan to incorporate these new facilities, the firm was also contracted to create a new Housing Master Plan that accommodated the future addition of 608 beds on the main campus and an additional 143 beds on the newly acquired Georgia Aviation Campus in Eastman, Georgia.
