Lord, Aeck & Sargent has updated the campus master plan to incorporate a new residential quad on the north side of campus. The new residential complex includes a student academic facility adjacent to the GAMES Residence Hall to create a new living/learning community. The GAMES program grew out of MGC's past success in preparing college freshmen and sophomores for academic life at top science and technology universities, and for high school students who have academic talent and a special interest in the Mathematics, Engineering, Science and Allied Health fields.
