After providing master planning services for a new Henry County Campus, Lord, Aeck & Sargent was then selected to design the first building on the campus.
The new facility will serve an anticipated 1,500 students and will house the following programs:

- Early Childhood Care and Education
- Emergency Medical Technician
- Drafting Technology
- Construction Management
- Environmental Horticulture
- Business management
- Allied Health Programs supporting local hospitals
- Administrative Offices
- Student Services
- Library
- Building Services
