Founded in 1907, the Riverside Military Academy campus rises on a hill at the end of a suburban street and above the banks of Lake Lanier in Gainesville, Georgia.
For almost a decade, Lord, Aeck & Sargent has provided Riverside with master planning, design and construction administration services for all of the facilities associated with the campus construction program. We take pride in our long-standing relationship with Riverside and delight in the success of creating state-of-the-art environments that make Riverside one of the nation's finest college prep academies.
In 1997, Riverside embarked on a comprehensive, $90 million campus construction program to modernize its academic, athletic and dormitory facilities. New facilities include a barracks quadrangle with a dining hall and an infirmary, a student recreation center, an academic complex, administrative offices, a gymnasium with an indoor rifle range and weight-training center, a fieldhouse, and athletic fields.
