This 31-acre site in the Marietta Street corridor was zoned for heavy industrial use. Lord, Aeck & Sargent worked with the land owner to change the zoning to MRC-3, mixed-use residential. The site is adjacent to the proposed BeltLine transit loop, at one of the proposed stops.
The project is planned for a mixed use development to include, 40,000 sf of retail; 10 single family homes; 138 townhomes; 600 flats and 150 flats over retail.
