Neighborhood Master Plan

Lord, Aeck & Sargent created a master plan of a development corridor adjacent to the University, that was being considered for a mixed-use development including student housing, academic uses, recreation facilities and retail opportunities.

Lord, Aeck & Sargent reviewed the complex urban fabric and made recommendations on land uses, urban design components, infrastructure and vertical design potential. Transportation options, traffic issues and quantitative parking analysis were also major components.

Subsequent to completing the Master Plan, Lord, Aeck & Sargent was selected to design phase I of the Residential Village.
