Castleberry Hill Mixed-Use

Lord, Aeck & Sargent planned and designed The Castleberry Hill Mixed-Use development.  The project design includes approximately 244 one and two-bedroom condominium units with an average unit size of 1,264 sf, 30,000 sf of live-work units, 15,600 sf of office space and 7,000 sf of retail / restaurant space.  If built, the project will also include a private amenity deck and structured parking with approximately 436 spaces.

The project was designed to be located on city block at the gateway into the historic Castleberry Hill neighborhood of Atlanta - an urban village adjacent to the high-rises and sports venues of downtown.

The strategic massing of the building design responds to this context by concentrating the density in a tower on the north end of the site, stepping down to the south and culminating in a new park which would serve as an amenity for the development and the larger Castleberry Hill community.
