15 Waddell Street

15 Waddell Street is a new 15-unit residential condominium project located in the historical industrial area of Inman Park. The building utilizes a unique tilt-up construction technique.

The units are designed to invoke the modern machine aesthetic of the early 1920s, while providing every contemporary convenience one would expect in a new residence. The units are designed to allow for the possibility of combination to create one-level flats and two- or three-level townhomes. Each unit has a balcony overlooking the front yard and street.
