Analytical Testing Laboratory Facility

Lord Aeck Sargent provided laboratory programming and architectural design services for the new location of Qualtex Laboratories. Qualtex Laboratories supports global public safety by delivering testing services for patients, donors and regulated biological products, including source plasma, whole blood and nucleic acid testing, as well as other specialized assays.
The project involved an approximate 40,000 sf fit-out within an existing 50,000 sf shell space. Critical functions within the space included accessioning, post-amplification, a 10,000 sf open lab, as well as other lab support spaces.
