Chestatee Building
Dahlonega, GA
The Chestatee Building is part of the third phase of development at North Georgia College & State University. The building is only one block from the square in Dahlonega and will serve as North Georgia College & State University’s public face in the City.
The three-story facility will house a coffee shop with reading and lounge space, a bookstore, office space, an infirmary, and approximately 6,000 sf of leasable retail.
To create a community streetscape, the building’s design is drawn from the elements found in nearby buildings. The design is forward-looking, taking into account the future parking, and pedestrian right of way needs for future adjacent buildings.
