Cosmopolitan is an upscale, five-story, 264-unit development situated on a key site overlooking the Arkansas River and adjacent River Parks.
The landscape design takes advantage of the site’s unique shape and varied topography, integrating a grand stair procession between the adjacent public River Park and the building’s central courtyard. Other exterior amenities include a terraced corner plaza and a “skydeck” pool space located on the building’s roof with panoramic views to both the river and Downtown Tulsa.
Construction is scheduled to begin in 2017.
