Jefferson ParkHouse
Jefferson ParkHouse is a multi-family community located within the Railhead development in Frisco, Texas, positioned between a public park and neighboring high school. The project was designed to respond to its civic context while creating a dynamic residential environment that integrates with the surrounding community.
The development consists of a four-story apartment building that wraps a precast structured parking deck and frames two landscaped pool courtyards, establishing a balance between urban density and resident-focused outdoor space. The community includes 450 apartment homes ranging from efficiency units to three-bedroom residences, providing a diverse mix of living options to accommodate a wide range of residents and lifestyles.
At the southern edge of the site, the project incorporates a one-story podium element designed with long-term adaptability in mind, allowing for potential future commercial use as the surrounding district evolves. Beneath the podium, leasing and resident amenity spaces active the ground level, while select apartment homes benefit from higher-than-typical ceiling heights that create enhanced natural light, openness and spatial character.
